Massimiliano Rega is an business leader and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in reshaping companies by integrating resources, operations, and sales into cohesive digital and omnichannel ecosystems. His expertise focuses on aligning talent, partners, and know-how, driving transformative initiatives that enhance customer experiences. Massimiliano has created seamless integration across Digital, eCommerce, Telesales, and Retail channels, fostering innovation and ensuring sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Massimiliano has occupied key positions at internationally recognized companies. As Senior Executive of Customer Experience, Service & Delivery at SKY, he reported directly to the CEO and developed one of the most integrated global sales and delivery networks, improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Technogym, he played a central role in the company’s global expansion and public listing, unlocking key markets and streamlining omnichannel sales operations. At PG Italy, he built the largest national network of digital professionals, including 1,500 technicians, 180 retail locations, and 110 warehouses, emphasizing collaboration across partner and distribution networks.

Since 2018, Massimiliano has been leading MRC OmniChannel, combining consulting with entrepreneurial initiatives spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has worked with global brands such as Motorola and Lenovo and spearheaded ventures like Immoveo, an eco-focused real estate project, and SDEN, a leader in fiber optics, achieving a highly impactful exit. His PhD research on omnichannel strategy resulted in the development of RTBH.ai, the first neuroscience-driven AI Decision Support System (DSS) for real-time brand health assessment.

Massimiliano earned his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and co-founded Alitur, the alumni association for Roman engineering graduates. Since 2017, he has held the role of Adjunct Professor of Business Economics and Organization. Deeply rooted in his Roman heritage, he is enthusiastic about sailing, skiing, and motorsports. Additionally, he is an engaged member of Elis, a non-profit organization dedicated to innovation and educational initiatives.
